| Registration in the HBBA Soap
Box Derby requires both the REGISTRATION FORM and the WAIVER OF
LIABILITY form (below) for EVERY RACER. If a Racer has a special
medical need (e.g., allergies, etc.), please also complete the
Special Medical Needs Form (below) and bring it on race day. The
REGISTRATION FORM and WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM MUST be received no
later than April 30th, along with the registration fee. |
