| The HBBA Soap Box Derby is
open to all boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 14 (as long as
the child will be 8 some time in 2009, he/she qualifies).
Racers' parents/guardians must sign all forms for the child to be
eligible.
Space is limited! THE RACE IS OPEN TO THE
FIRST 32 ENTRANTS!
